Total length: 6.5 km, 7 stations

Large profile, subsurface line with 110 m long platforms, though previously operated with small-profile rolling stock (4-car trains of class 2000 in service) - 600 V dc

Converted to operation with large profile rolling stock (class 8000) on 20 Sept 2010.

The present Line 11 is the first section of what may one day become a long line from Leganés to Chamartín via Atocha Renfe (L1), Sainz de Baranda (L6, L9), Ascao (L7), Ciudad Lineal (L5), and Arturo Soria (L4).
