 Projects

The Astram Line is being extended to Koikikouenmae in Asa-ward. The first phase is 6.2 km up to Nishihiroshima station. (Seifushinto line). The second phase includes 5.4 km from Nishihiroshima station to Hiroshima station. It will run underground along Peace Avenue (East-West Line). Another 1.4 km underground extension will be built from Hondori street to the former site of Hiroshima university (North-South Line).
